Traveling Tikes offers free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $49.00's Once we have received and processed your order you must allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped please allow 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays in the delivery time. If your item was ordered after 3pm PST on Friday your order will not be processed until that following Monday excluding holidays. Please make sure that when you are ordering that you give yourself enough time so that your package arrives in the time frame that we quote. For customers needing their package(s) sooner you may contact us directly for a 3-day, 2-day or Next Day Service quote at an additional charge.

* Shipping available to all 48 states * Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box's, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hotels, PMB's or outside the United States. 

* Please note that although UPS quotes via their timetable in the delivery time. Traveling Tikes quotes 1-5 business days as a safety precautionary net to insure that your package arrives in an prompt manner.

* During the period from December 24th thru January 2nd shipments may be delayed due to the limited schedule that UPS service provides during the holiday season.

The majority of our orders ship from our East coast warehouse. Traveling Tikes uses multiple warehouses in different parts of the United States to ship from. In many cases the product in which you have ordered may arrive to well before the 1-5 business days that we quote in the delivery time.

Order(s) that have shipped to the incorrect address will be charged a $20.00 UPS surcharge fee which we incur if the package must be redirected to another address.

Order(s) that are cancelled after they have shipped are responsible for return shipping and all other fee's that apply back to our facility. Cancellations must be emailed and received by Traveling Tikes prior to 3pm EST.

No Worries Return Policy

Our No Worries Return/Exchange Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 60 days of your purchase under the following conditions listed below. For details, read the return policy below.
• We accept returns/exchanges within 60 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that do not have our return authorization number (RA). Customer is RESPONSIBLE for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product.
• Returns/Exchanges must be UNUSED, in the ORIGINAL condition you received it. Returns/Exchanges must be in the ORIGINAL BOX, complete with the REGISTRATION CARD and OWNERS MANUALS.
• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
All return/exchanges will be INSPECTED as they are received. Items received in a USED, WORN, SOILED, SCRATCHED, ANIMAL HAIR, ALTERED, ETC condition are considered used and will be sent back to the original recipient.
You must ship back the item they way it was received....brand new.

 How To Return/Exchange A Product:

1) E-mail our service department at sales@travelingtikes.com including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
2) You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, however we require a return tracking number on all returns. Traveling Tikes cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.

3) Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 72 hours of receipt of return.
